The Clinical Supervision package contains three e-Learning courses that cover clinical supervision of qualified health professionals.
These courses were developed in 2013 as a key strategy of the SA Health Clinical Supervision Framework. The planning and development of the courses included consultation with a range of stakeholders and the content is based on current educational theory and evidence based practice in relation to quality clinical supervision.
The courses can be used by a range of clinical health professionals and provide resources that can be used in formalised reflective clinical supervision.
Fundamentals of Clinical Supervision and Clinical Supervision in Practice are relevant for all people who engage in clinical supervision (the supervisee and supervisor) and Advanced Clinical Supervision is relevant for people who support supervisors.
